Vital Voices is an international non-profit organization that invests in women leaders who are solving the world’s greatest challenges. VV GROW is a leading global accelerator program for women owners of small and medium-sized businesses that are making a social impact. Going into its eighth year, this program aims to elevate women business leaders as drivers for economic growth and social change in their communities, countries and the world by helping them grow their businesses and expand their social impact.

“This year’s VV GROW cohort is comprised of impressive and dynamic fellows who are each driving meaningful economic change in their companies, communities and counties,” said Eugenia Podestá, Senior Director of Economic Empowerment and Entrepreneurship at Vital Voices. “At Vital Voices, we know that women leaders are key to achieving economic prosperity, and as the global community begins to recover from effects of the pandemic, it has never been more important to invest in and elevate leaders so they can scale their businesses and social impact.”
